My visitor visa for my family was approved last Friday and we have received our OPR letter. However I noticed that we never received the biometrics validity letter, either in my GCkey account or by email.
My wife and I enrolled our biometrics after receiving the IRCC biometric instruction letter about two weeks ago, and I can see our biometric are valid according to IRCC official website, so I’m wondering:

- Is it normal to have a visa approved without receiving biometrics validity letter (IMM5825)?
- Should I ask IRCC about this matter via webform before sending our passport?
- Will it cause any issues later?
