Visitor Application for parents

Hi, I am permanent resident of Canada. I am applying for visitor visa on behalf of my parents. But I am not sure how to submit the file. Can i submit through my GCkey account, if yes i dont grt the right checklist as I am PR, there is not option for PR when they ask for your status in Canada or do i need to make one for my parents, if yes will agent will not question that how they know how to prepare and submit the file as they do not know anything about computer they are not so educated. Also do i need to fill Representative form or not. Please help me out i have to submit file tom at any cost, i will really appreciate your help
