Parents Visitor Visa Application Document submission option shown less

I am applying for my parents visa and seen only few upload documentation slot and that is not enough to submit all the documents , they had a visa which expired as their passport expired so i need to reapply , as each file submission has 5 MB limit and my file size is 36 MB and i don't have other locations available to submit them ,

Anybody know the reason about this ?

Why there are no enough space available to upload the documents ?

Get a software that compresses pdf documents

I tried the compression software and it still not the size I wanted it still a 9MB file and the quality of it degrades on a large scale , not easy to read everything smoothly
