- Applied - 15 jan 21 (SDS) with spouse and kid

- Biometrics- 20 jan 21

- Medical - 28 may 21

- Eligibility- 28 may 21

- decision- 28 may 21 ( rejection)


Webform raised - april last week

Then on 28th may i got rejection


Reasons
- ties in canada and own country
- ties in own country

My brother had PR but it is now he doesn't as he is in Pakistan for last 7 years.
My Maternal grandmother was a citizen but she is deceased and declared dead in canadian system already.
My maternal uncle is a canadian citizen.

》I have answered NO on the form for any relatives in canada

I want to reapply, please help me figure out where i went wrong!!!

Brother had a PR now he don't have it. Yes sir i agree with you but with my previous work experience i can't go with any irrelevant program. Secondly with a masters i can't go for PGD. I have 3.4 CGPA but there is no public university with this program

Because by IRCC's definition, an uncle is not a family member.

Order GCMS notes to read the full reasons for refusal. You say your brother doesn’t have PR. You always have PR. He would have had to renounce it (paperwork with the government).

Since your maternal uncle is in the country, and you have SAID NO to the asked question, i believe that's called misrepresentation, did they give you a right to appeal? if so, perhaps explain why you were unable to tell them the whole information, from my view, it seems difficult to convince the officer at this point, but give it a crack, i hope it works out, in sha Allah. best of luck!
