Hi everyone, my brother in law applied in 2018 by himself and we did not have any invitation letter or anything, nor he mentioned anything about us.
His refusal reason was per below:
What could be the reason for this and how can we fix it? We are now applying for my wife’s sister, her husband, same person who applied in 2018, and their 2 kids. This time we have an invite letter and all possible documents to back their authenticity.
“Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.
Grounds for refusal:
· Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your purpose of visit, travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.”
