Super Visa - Invitation letter - mentiong duration of stay

Hello,

I am applying Super visa for my parents. My question is about mentioning the duration of stay.

My parents don't plan to stay longer than 3 months during their next visit. However, in the future, they might stay longer than 6 months. In the invitation letter, can i say that they will stay for only 3 months in the next visit? In that case, will they still give supervisa for stays longer than 6 months? Or should I say they will stay longer than 6 months?

Yes, you can, you are not obliged to stay for more than 6 months to get a super visa.

It really depends on your parents and your profiles.

Please is there a form to feel to declare the number of people in my household or composition of my family size. Or how do I submit the number of my family size when applying for super visa for my mum

You should state that you would like your parents to be able to visit for up to 1 year at a time, even if that's not the intention in the beginning. Otherwise, IRCC may wonder why you don't just apply for a regular visitor visa.
