Visa process time for Canada

Hi everyone, I had processed my file for study on 12 June 2019 for Canada and my biometric is already done in Feb month. what do you think how much time it will take for the result?

I also processed my file on 17th june biomatric done already on 28th feb .Actualy i got refused on 13th march 2019 and due to the delay of recieving refusal letter i 'm trying to reapply my application after two months now

I had already 2 refusals reason is that I had low IELTS band score but this time i have applied with a good score so waiting positively for a visa .
