This may be a really basic question, but how do you find out what visa office is processing your application?

The mail title ( Application number-Visa office enquiry)
In the email body, you must mention at the end:
- your stream
- last name
- Given names
- DOB
- UCI #

Thats not true my friend. They sent me a replay next day when file was still in CIO sydney!

I emailed Ottawa, and got reply from the local VO in a few days. Also, my VO was not according to my place od residence or nationality.
