Visa office - Which one will it be?

Hi guys,

I called IRCC and they told me my file is with Sydney CIO. Does that mean Sydney will likely be my local VO? I am in MEP and BIL complete stage.

No, it doesn't mean that, and it doesn't mean anything else because it's irrelevant.
Your application will be moved around depending on workload distribution.
But whatever it is, once your application is approved, you'll receive instructions from the embassy in your country of residence.
