Hello everyone! I need to travel to Singapore with the RTD and i do not have a PR card yet. is there any advice? when i contacted sing mission in Vancover they ask for PR card.

Yes Singapore does not allow entry without PR on RTD. Same with Malaysia. Thailand allows entry and you can apply e-visa using the RTD.

RTD holders are not allowed to get visa or enter into Singapore without PR Card.
