Hi, I'm new here. I've had applied my visa for September 2019 and got this message yesterday:
"Visa application, tracking ID No.
********
Decision envelope has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 2019-04-16 12:47:34 PM GMT Standard Time vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website".

Could someome please tell me, what does it means?

did u took appointment for biometrics urself? at wht vfs?

I got my visa received this message just now
"Your application to study in Canada has been approved. A permit authorizing your studies will be issued to you
on your arrival to Canada following an examination by an officer of the Canada Border Services Agency, subject".

Yes, i have received Biometrics instruction letter on 11th April, took appointment for 12th April by myself and submitted at VFS, New Delhi. Also forgot to mention, i have received a mail on 12th April that my application is on it way to OC Delhi, and then on 15th April, it was received at VAC Delhi and transit to IRCC.

I had a query. Did you submit the educational transcripts for your visa application ?
Or copy of SSC, HSC & Graduate Certificate is enough ?

Medical on 11th March
Biometrics on 20th March
Application reached Bangalore IRCC on 21st March
Application linked on 28th March
Medical pass on the CIC page on April 4

No update since then.
No Biometrics letter.
