What documents are you using to provide evidence of your funds? Have you already paid for your tuition or you'll pay it after applying for study permit? Please help?

I've been offered admission at UOIT and UNB for the winter intake. I applied online for study permit with UNB offer letter on August 26,2016. Medical status changed to "Passed" today.
