This is craaazyyy!! I got the email THIS MORNING, July 30 and applied YESTERDAY!! WHAT!! Maybe I broke a record here?

I applied for Undergraduate program at Carleton University, got a scholarship, 4 years program.

So now I just have to mail them my passport and wait to get it back? Awesome!!

I am shocked!! I replied to you based on several other cases i came across this forum. They ask for passport only if they want to give visa. I hope you get visa as soon as possible.

Maybe a dumb question but... I applied for the study permit - online application - and got the email from CIC today asking me to mail my passport... "A decision has been made on your application. We
require your passport to finalize processing your application."

Does it means it was approved? or it still can be denied?
