My parents will be landing in a couple of months, and I believe when they get to the immigration for checking their landing paper, the officer will take care their application of the PR cards, and I am just wondering will they mail the cards to my parents (of course is going to be my address) or my parents need to go pick up the cards in person (first time getting the card)??
The problem is they will probably stay for 2 months and then go back to the home country for 3 months and then return to Canada for good. Do you think they will get their cards before they leave in 2 months? What if not? What should they/I do? If the cards are mailed in, can I send them the cards to use when they return to Canada 3 months after?
