Thanks for the reply..Wow really ,, I can't believe,,do you check your application online? Because I just checked mine it says decision made and medical request recieved....my husband is in croatia right now

That's the thing I don't understand ,, if what's that mean,,actually I submitted 3weeks ago i should say..then they sent me a letter that I'm eligible to sponsor ny husband and they transfer the application to vienna.actuall we have lawyer helping us..

Yes, that means that you are eligible to sponsor your husband, and your file has been transferred to Vienna. Now, Vienna received your file, and they received medical results of medical examination your husband did earlier. Processing time for Vienna is now 14+ months. In that period, they can ask additional documents from you (new police certificate, new medical, new proofs of relationship/marriage, military booklet, they may schedule interview...) However, I think you should be prepared to wait at least 6 - 7 months. Just be patient. There are members on this forum who are from 2012, and most of us are from 2013, and still waiting.
