Just One question... Y did they took long time to make decision after the 2nd Med. any clue??

Her husband and son took 2nd medical on 26th November 2013, so... No clue. But I really hope you are next one, newpal!!!

Little update

Vienna replied today on my request last week if they received police certificate I've sent in March.
They did, and they also said:

Applications for permanent residence in the Family class (spouses/ sponsored children) - category may take 13 months or more to process. However, this is an estimate only. Processing times may vary, depending upon whether any additional documentation or an interview is required, the time required for medical examinations and changes in workload at this office.

We will contact you in due course if we need additional documents.

That's that.

that's their e-mail, probably some previous generic info they send. Could someone confirm this, if they received similar answers from Vienna when contacting them?

Apparently, based on the emails and GCMS notes, they were doing security checks, since both my husband and son lived in Canada for 7 years. That's why it took so long after the 2nd medical.

It's definitely your turn now.

It feels great to at least not be alone and share this experience with others!

I filed my application 16-04-2013. The document they requested was the CSQ - my husband and I will be (and already are) living in Quebec, so we needed to apply for this in the beginning of the process. Nevertheless I did send this already approx. 10 month ago :

Now I just really hope they won't request another police certificate(s), medical, ... because all of this expired by now.

Guys, fingers crossed there will be some movement again in Vienne soon!!!

My German police certificate is expired, too. It expired on February 18 and I will send them a new one next week (I already have it here and it cost me $100 including translation). They haven't asked for it yet but I want to save some time in case they will.

Great for u CanucksFan, I wish u all the best.

I wish all applicants from 2012.to finish once and for all.

And I understand now is time for getting PPR applicants from first part of 2013. it is already 12,13,14months for them. so they sd get it.
And then we from second part of the 2013. But for someones everything is finished even faster.like Strahilo,his application was finished in 10 months.

I just wish this finish fast as it is possible.

I dont know whats the need of security check now.. when Police Certificate says NO CRIMINALITY... but no problem we are STRONG MINDED people...

@ Little apple :- If you wish I can get the Translation of Police Certificate for youin Germany for around 25 Eur.

If you remember last month on a PM I sent you I said: On the other hand though, I am sure that we are at the end of the road and by early next month we shall be getting positive feedback from Vienna. You are already in the 14th month so I don't think that they can afford to make you wait now especially when they already have all they requested of you! I feel justified for this hehehehe

I'm in Canada and it costs 50 Dollars to translate. That's a bit more than 30 Euros. Not much of a difference to your 25 Euros ;-) Because postage to Germany is $2.50 now I wouldn't save much money and would lose time.
