Finally a good new guys, I was feeling so depressed nowadays but this made my day, actually at 4h24 AM. Now I will sleep better!

Hungary: You mean, how did I loose weight...? it's quite easy. I was not feeling hungry at all... Not a good way to loose, trust me, it can make you sick just too easily, like me I was nowadays.. I feel no energy in my body, I should be back to normal. I am not fat, so I have to take it serious when I loose too much weight. What my grandma says usually: 2 fast diet: Be in Love or Be stressing. Both are bad, both are true....!

Let's hope more of us will get some good news too! Hang on guys, hang on!

Hi Sponsor, I have question. Did they ask you to re-do the medical, and how soon after they expired? Ours expired in September but they did not ask for them to be re-done yet.

They asked me to redo the medical after we sent an e-mail for status update. Approximately after a month they asked for a new medical. Maybe you should send an email Vienna and ask for status update and then they will ask for the medical.

I had an interview on 16 October 2012 (one year ago) and almost one year they made background checks. The ink fingerprints took a lot of time almost 6 months.

Is it faster if you go in person in Vienna directly to the embassy to pick up the visa. Or is it better to send it throw mail..
Fed Ex or any fast Currier.

i hope vienna is moving....because its like they have a bilion applications over there..but...anyway i have question...is it possible that i get turist visa...because i think i can`t get turist visa ...because i`m allready applaying for permanent resident and my file is in vienna. so guys what you think...any chance...do i get problems from vienna or questions...and if askd..i just gonna tell the truth. i miss my pertner and wanna visit him. 3 years and some is very long for us.thx guys and good luck

You can apply TRV during your applications process, at the embassy. But you have to have strong documents if you are not visa exempt coutries, if you are EU Citizen you dont need visa

I applied and received a TRV about a month ago, you can see my earlier posts here, I think somewhere around page 190. Generally, it is way more complicated for non visa exempt countries to visit Canada while Sponsorship process is in progress. But not impossible it seems, I am visiting my husband in less than 3 weeks!!! I explained everything here few days ago for some other member

I've read that E-apps go through a centralized CIC office in Canada. I got my TRV in 2 working days. You receive a letter by email stating that you should send your passport with that letter to the office responsible for your country - Vienna for Serbia. You can send your passport to Vienna through the Visa application center in Belgrade (pay for that service), or regular mail/DHL. Vienna returns your passport by registered mail. It took around 10 days to get the passport back. I guess you can also go there in person, I didn't check that.

No rules nor consistency with Vienna this year. It took me 7 days but I was the lucky one. (Then again, they didn't open my file since so maybe not so lucky after all, but that's another story ) Some people waited much longer, lot of people never got their AOR.

thx toronto asap that helpd...but my biggest problem is..can i, if they give me a tr. visa...and if i decide to stay in canada till my PR is done...is that in any way problem or anything else for my PR application....
