Thanks to you and do not worry about vienna now since the strike is over, before they are not in strike but overload of visit visa, tourist, and student visa plus some of european embassy was close before make them delay the process i remmeber when i sent my application back to january to CIC after they transfer it to Vienna i wrote couple of emails and i get answer day after anything was good until when they start strike on June at that moments we lost the contact with them plus summer Vacation like always every summer the process going so slow. I am wish you good news soon from them I have a confidence this October defenatly will bring good News so lets all of us pray and see what will happen....

She thanks you for the the compliment! There were about 8-10 buses all in all that day as they are almost everyday by the sea front. Mostly young people as passengers (maybe high school students on educational trip)

I got a feeling some of us will get call for PR from Vienna in October so I would like anyone from this forum to post me some star when he get a call what i mean to remmember my feeling. Good luck to everybody

I hope the bests for all of us too, I have similar feeling as you since few days, that October will be our month. I wish from all my heart that we will welcome the next month with a big smile on our face. For sure, if I get the news what I expect since so long time, I will buy a champagne and jump around! Please, God, make this come true!

I wish for you to be the 1st one among us to get the visa. But do not for any reason jump around in public holding a Champagne bottle. People will say..... " Pity she looks like a nice girl" ahahahaha.

Seriously now! I will join you! We all deserve it. Actually I am not a drinker but I promised my self that the day we are going to get the news that anyone in our thread has got a COPR I will get drunk with a bottle of ouzo!

I never thought that of ouzo. We Greeks usually like it with small fried fish, grilled octopus with vinegar and oregano, fresh muscles and calamari! yum yum

I will definitely try it with fruit juice an will let you know!

Wow, even though it's almost midnight here, what you just wrote down made me feel hungry. Sounds delicious!!! :O

Me I just tried it when I was there and the hotel gave us a kind of welcome drink when we arrived, Ouzo mixed with fruit-juice. If I remember well it was orange.... But was really tasty. Of course, it's about taste, others are more about to keep the alcohols "pure" and not mix with anything. Me I prefer sweet drink, so if It's about to drink something stronger then I love more the cocktails.

Yeah, I was born and raised in Beograd. What you saw was probably a high school excursion, Serbian students often visit Greece that way. Mine was in the final year of high school, it lasted 9 days, I remember we managed to visit Meteora monasteries, Platamon, Epidaurus theater, Mycenae, Delphi, Olympia, spend 2 days in Athens, 3 days in Corfu, and a day in Thessaloniki on the way back. What do you say? A lot of sleeping in the bus but it was worth it

I am in love with the Greek coast, so far have visited just the Ionian islands which I find stunning - Corfu and Lefkada in detail and the other ones just on a one day cruise. I hear from my parents about Sithonia and Pillion, they were thrilled. Such a gift of nature. When you feel like recommending some place for me - would love that

I kind of getting really terrified right now, its unbelievable, that one whole year later I might be still sitting here,opening the thread and wondering wether our life will start someday or not.... :'(
You know my file has been transferred to Vienna sept 20 th, so now when shall I expect to hear anything from them? Like an AOR or anything... Approximately.... February, March or even later?

But all of you waiting for a long time, you will get the good news in this year for sure!!!! Fingers crossed!

I love this thread so so so much and you all mean a LOT to me. I often wonder how lonely would I be without you. :'(
I am keeping my finger crossed for you to get the CORP soon, and probably your time is very very close... but my heart will be a little bit sad once the most of you will leave and start your new life. I hope nobody will get me wrong, I will miss you, that's all.

That's about right. We are still waiting for SA though. Yesterday a September applicant received his SA after only 13 days! Mississauga seems to be working hard
