Hi and welcome

Your apps are with the VO in Vienna now. This year looks a little brighter on the process side comparing to last year's applicants. You never know my friend you might finish sooner than you expect. One member from our February spreadsheet received her COPR on April 8th so all in all it took 67 days for her!

Would you like to post your timeline in the spreadsheet?
If you are February or March Applicant there are ss dedicated to these months and also there is one for Vienna

Could you please tell me how and where i can make TIMELINE..... i tried alot to find but..

I think you need a few more posts first

ahan MR.Dutch I think you are the recent one who got the COPR, isnt it? if yes, how was ur experience and what happened after Vienna Received your Application file.

Newpal.

A lot of waiting

Here's a list of things that happened.

* AOR received.
* One form sent back to me, because i forgot to fill in a field.
* Marriage certificate requested (I got married after application)
* New Police certificate requested (expired)
* Landing Fee requested
* Re-Medical Requested (Expired)

If you can take out all of the above, your application will probably go faster

SA is sponsorship approval and the aor second stage is when Vienna told you they received your package.

SA received (1st stage) What is this? This is actually the Sponsorship Approval

What you are saying here now is that although your files were sent in July 2012 to Mississauga they only arrived now to Vienna? Wow . This is a long time my friend. Didn't you inquire a bit earlier?
Are you sure what you just received is an AOR? (Acknowledgement of Receipt)

McDutch hi

Can you look at his timeline? His files were received in July of 2012. Does it make sense that they just arrived in Vienna?

They might have missed the actual AOR.

If he sent it in in July, he might be almost done.

I'd send a case inquiry

I have a feeling, if this really is his second stage AOR, that my timeline will look like that. It has been 58 day since the file tranfer and no word from Vienna.

I want to do a case specific enquiry but I have a question; if I do send them an email, will they then use the email I send them the enquiry with for all further contact? Because I have a consultant (who is telling me it is normal to not hear anything from them) and he always gets all the emails first. I'd hate to send an enquiry and all of a sudden my consultant gets none of the emails anymore.

Anyone know how that works?

You send the inquiry through a webform and they will reply to that address.

I doubt they will change your e-mail address in your application

Okay. Maybe I'll give it a go. Do you think it's unneccesary at this point and I should wait a little longer?
