I am an applicant from Nigeria, submitted my application on November 2016 and was received by CIC on 25th of November,216. They opened and started processing it on January 19th,2017, and i was sent a message from London processing center on 2nd of March,2017 requesting for additional documents in which i had provided since then. But up till date there is no update in my account, precisely in June 7th i saw a message in my account that says your medical exam is requested and check the message below for further instruction but there is no message attached. I mailed them and replied me that is as a result of technical issue encounter by their website but it has now been resolved,since then they've not call for medical and no new update yet. Can someone please tell me what is happening and what to do. Thanks
