My first application was outland (Nigeria) on 17th July 2024. I got a refusal on 20th December 2024. IRCC said they were not convinced I had the qualifications and experience for the job offer I had. There were some vital documents that Immigration consultant in Canada did not submit. Such as bank account statements, payslips, work certificates, identity cards from my previous employers. A new application was made on 17th April 2025 with all these documents included. The processing time as at the time of submission was 9weeks. As at today the processing time is 8weeks. 17weeks on now and I haven't received a decision. The job NOC is 72600. What then is the essence of the weekly update of the processing times. If it is not being complied with?

What is ECA? Yes I do have my Canadian pilot licence (ATPL). Also Language test not required. Transport Canada has assessed my Language proficiency as level 4 of 6. Which is more than sufficient to effectively perform my job duties. It was accepted even in my previous application
Education assessment of flying school education. All you can do is wait since you have approved LMIA.
