Dear All,
its good to see that all the friends on the forum are getting eachothers view on filing visas and getting sucess...........i wanted to a question regarding my rejection.......in august they rejected my visa with the reason that u have ineffeicent to stay in canada for your first year of study without working thr....and u have not provided sponsor letter from your parents.......i had applied under SPP and now io have applied under general.............so how much are my chances to get a study permit...frnds please help me i am very nervous......jan intake 2012.....
 
bhai jb tune augst mein apply kiya tha tb education loan nai liya tha kya?
 
i did take a loan of 4 lakh rupees and had paid the tutuion fees for the first year well in advance....but i had applies on 29th aug for jan 2012 intake........so i dont know wht to do now.....plzz hepl me yar.....

for 1 year course try to take 9 lacs loan. u have to show your acccount balance more than $10000. Sponsorship letter, property evaluation (though evaluation is not required but for a safer side attach it with your file..)salary slips of your sponsors ITR of last 2 years.

This would be enough to make strong funding....
 
yar yehi to galti kardi tune , 4 lacs ka loan kya soch k liya tha? Vahan minimum fees $12000 CAD hoti hai +$10000 CAD living expenses it Makes $22000 CAD i.e 10 lacs +. And education loan should be 80% of colg fees + living expnses which tells us u hv to take 8-9 lac loan minimum.
 
but my course is of 2 years .......its a pg diploma course.....and i have filed my balance sheet and it returns paper........my consultant told to show me a loan of 4 laks as i have paid my fees in advance.....

for two years course you have to show minimum 10 lacs loan....if you pay one sem fees by your own
 
i have paid one full years full semester fees not only one semster.....so...its sure that my application is goanna be rejected....

no its not that, you have to show big amount of loan, if u r capable of bearing the expenses, then don't use loan only use loan for visa purpose, they only want u should have loan according to the requirement...

IF you solve this problem rejection chances are low, regarding this reason, else we can't tell will VO refuse your visa or not. As my visa is also refused once....
