Vehicle Registration after 30 day period in BC

Hi All,

I got my car from the US to Vancouver on the 16th of September. I recently completed my RIV inspection but was unable to complete the registration process within the 30 day period. What is the process for registering it after this period ? Is there any fine or penalty ?
