hi, anyone can give me an idea on which is a better place to stay for new immigrant and easier to adapt.
Would like to know your views about housing, health care, healthcare premiums, job opportunities, taxes, job salaries and lifestyle.
I know both places has its good and bad.
I have friends in vancouver, whom I am quite close who are actually canadian born citizens
As for calgary, I only have one friend who just immigrated there.
We are not close.
I cant decide where to go.
Cost of living in vancouver is scary. Calgary seems to have lower standard of living
Calgary do not need to pay health premiums. Vancouver need to every month even if you are not sick.
Are there any rebates if you are not sick for a certain period of time?
I know that I am asking for a lot of info,
Would appreciate your opinions
Thanks
