Normally family applications take longer time than individual ones. Mine was family application and hence it took a bit more time, although still well within 24 months from start to finish.

whats up, Vancouver?
We need Test letters and Oath letter falling!!!!!!!!

Those waiting for the oath, won't it be good idea to phone CIC to check on the status?
Someone with another local office phoned and they told him that the judge has approved his application but no date for the oath yet.

a friend applied in Mississauga on October 2013, she just took her test and oath in a week time, depressing eh!

guys, who passed the test, any changes in ecas?

I am here talking about the phase after passing the test:

I phoned CIC and I learnt that in a case of routine application, the office should schedule the oath within 6 months of the test. I also learnt that when you call, and there was no update, CIC agent can send a reminder to the local office to update your case.

Did my test June17th .................. 2months completed ....no update so far ...........

From what I understood, applications received with $400 processing should be processed in 5-6mos. I just don't know how Vancouver works. Lol. I think we are the slowest..

If everything is normal, the oath after test alone will take 6 months, what makes you think the whole process can be done in 6 months? LOL.
