Hi, has any of heard about a case like mine. Wrote test and had interview on January 29th 2014,officer told me I passed with high score and we will receive a letter within 8 weeks... nothing since then. Called CIC they told me on first place I haven't written the test, then they did some research and found that I have done, but Vancouver didn't send the results until now..any suggestions what I can do? at CIC they told me just to be patient...

Did you have RQ before? I took test Jan 24 and got oath.
They require additional information from you, in that case they will send you a letter.
Otherwise, you will have to wait.

so some updates from my side. Interesting: I called cic today, the agent told me that our file was transferred to Vancouver office since December 2013( My application received in April, 2013). I got the fingerprint request in January.. he told me that everything looks ok, we should wait for test date... now interesting is I thought only Sydney sends requests like fingerprint etc.hmm, I got it from Vancouver..
What is your beat guess now for my test day?)

they started processing your application on Oct 30, and only transferred your file to local office on Mar 1? There were 4 full months between these two activities.

Is getting request for fingerprint a good sign that Vancouver office is really speeding up?

The Receive line disappeared on: March 31, 2014 hopefully that's an LOT, pretty quick if that's the case.

I called CIC today and they told me my application is on its way to Vancouver since few weeks ago, which is the time my "received" line disappeared.


By the way, I asked the question in October thread, but I feel safer if I can ask here again.

what I am worrying about, is that the agent today put me on hold for a moment to check a "note". I forgot to ask him about the "note", paying too much attention on the transfer.

Does any one has any idea what this "note" might be? hopefully I'm not getting RQ~!!!!!

I called the CIC today to inquire about my application. They said that my papers were transferred March of 2014 and that the time frame for receiving the test notice is between 3 weeks and December 2014. They further told me to give them a call if I don't have the test notice before the Christmas holidays.
