Validity of Work permit

My post graduate course starts on January 6 2020 and ends on August 31 2020 ,so it's about 8 month long
How long will be my pgwp ?
Will it be having 1 year validy or just 8 months ?
If someone knows anything about this please be kind enough to share those details

Literally depends on how long the college states your course was and whether completing in 8 months for a 1 year course or was just an 8 month course in which case 8 month PGWp
