I got it on 12/21, but I had a month of delay because of the missing financial docs.

Hello I have a question about the NOC requirement for validated job offer in Quebec.

My wife holds an open work permit and works at a restuarent as a Kitchen helper (NOC 65201). NOC for this job falls under category D.

Her employer has applied for her validated job offer. Since Express Entry system considers validated job offer from NOC A, B or C only. I was just wondering if Quebec has also set such requirements for the validated job offer applications. Thanks

I don't know about today. However, unfortunately, there has not been any draw since Dec. 15, 2022. I am absolutely sure there will be a draw in the following weeks (maybe even today). So, be patient my friend! As far as I am concerned, MIFI has been speeding up the job-offer-validation procedure, so I believe soon there will be a long line of people having the score above 570 and waiting to be drawn.
As a friendly suggestion, I recommend that you gather all the required documents to act fast whenever you be drawn.

Employer of my wife applied her VJO in last week of November 2022. Last month employer received a letter for additional documents (financial documents). It shows that if if all the documents were submitted in time, it would have taken 2 months

My wife received her VJO. Applied in last week on November 2022. Received letter from MIFI for additional documents in first week of February 2023 and approval letter today. Should we hope to receive the invitation in next draw?
