Hi,

When I was creating my EE profile I choose "yes" for Valid Offer and didnt know know it's not going help getting more CRS score unless I have an approved LMIA done. It was genuine mistake done on my part of choosing 'yes' for valid job offer, however for questionnaire I answer 'no' for LMIA.

If I answer “Yes” on my PR application, I’m asked to provide 2 additional letters – Offer of Employment and Letter of Employment. Both these letters may sound the same, but they have different meanings.

If I answer “No” on my PR application, My answer will differ from my Express Entry profile.
Please note: My CRS score does not change, I have tested my CRS score based on my answers

Anyone who has gone through this mistake please let me know if changing to 'No' for valid job offer will negavitely impact my application or should i attach LoE stating i did a mistake?

Since you don't have a LMIA, you will not get any more points. Simply answer NO.

The only impact ot could have is if your score were to decrease below the cut-off for your round of invitation
