Vacation and no phone contact, help plz

I am away from canada for the holidays for a month and I was wondering if CIC would contact me by phone cause my ECAS says Decision Made, and I have sent my Biodata and my RPRF through email. Now I am waiting for them to contact me regarding the decision, so do they contact by email or phone number?

If you get a passport request it comes via email
If you get confirmation of pr it comes via regular mail
