US visitor visa question

Hello everyone
I filled the ds160 form (visitor back in 2019dec) covid happened, they rescheduled it den I rescheduled twice after that..now I have an appointment that I am attending next week but my status has changed from being on work permit to that of PR in canada..do I need to update my ds160 form by creating a new one?.

Yes, better to update.

As mentioned here - https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv/information/announcements#784-important_information_about_your_upcoming_visa_appointment_20230502144041 , if there are any chances to ds160, you need to fill prior to appointment.

Also need to update new ds160 number as stated
