Having work permit itself doesnt make any difference. You will need claim points for job offer based on type of permit you have (open vs closed, LMIA vs LMIA exempt)

then ignore those, keep checking GCKey application status. It will change to Approved once visa is stamped. Good luck !

I think the app only shows mails when they are about to be delivered.

nope, all good. you mentioned that you did not receive any update on GCKey for your daughter's application, which was strange, but seems you did not because you didn't link the PR card to GCKey. I hope rest of the PR cards are received at earliest. Best luck !
