I have applied for PR a year ago and now it's at its last stage. Application was made under skilled program BC pnp. I have merried a canadian a few months ago and he need to go for work in the states. For some time and want to get me a spause visa in us-4h visa. Question: do Canadian officers look at us visas that applicant has? May this visa affect my application in case they see h4 us visa and might wonder I want to permanently live in Us , as my husband will work there under his contract...?
