Is it possible to have both at the same time? Is there anyone here who has the same personal experience or maybe knew someone that is in the same situation? I was just wondering if its possible.

It is possible, though tricky to properly maintain the required residency days for both.

Difficult to keep both in the long run. We need to stay 2 out of 5 years in Canada to keep PR status. May be possible if we stay 7 months in US and 5 months in Canada every year?

My wife was a US citizen when I sponsored her to Canada. I am a dual citizen of US and Canada.

As for CBP - they may question exactly which country is your primary place of residence since to keep your US Green Card, it must be in the USA. Seeing that you also have a Canadian PR may make them question you a bit and maybe ask for proof. But I don't think they will hassle you much unless you give them reason to question you.

Yes, that would likely work as you can maintain RO for both countries

Easy in general to maintain PR for Canada, since as long as you meet the generous 2 in 5 years RO your PR status is always safe.

However US green card rules are MUCH more strict. If CBP feel you are no longer residing in the USA, they can begin process at their own discretion to revoke your green card regardless of your actual residency days in the US.

Im about to get my canadian my visa, but i wanto to come back to the usa coz i got a good job here. Just wondering what US border will say. I dont want to get denied or refused coming back to the usa.

Since you already have two years residency in usa, maybe you can go back and forth until fifth year when you can file for citizenship..just maybe. I think for canada, you need two years residency in five years. You have to do your math, i guess. Good luck to us!

If CBP finds out that you became a Canadian PR (see stamp in your passport, etc), it will make them suspicious and question you about it. They will ask why you acquired Canadian PR since you must have your primary residence in the US to keep your Green Card.

For my situation Iam a us green holder since February 2014
I applied for a Canadian visa and get it in April
I landed in Canada last April, stayed only 1 week and back to USA
(Until this moment I haven't received my Canadian PR is it Ok?)
I'm planning to visit Canada only one time in 2018 for 2 months
Than back to USA to apply for citizenship 2019

Once I got it I want to move to Canada forever
In that time I still got 2 years left in my Canadian pr
Do you guys think I would be safe with this plan??
Thank you so much
I need your advices

Your plan will probably not work. If you got US GC in Feb 2014, you will qualify to apply for naturalization in Feb 2019. You then need to continue living in US until your citizenship is approved. See here: https://www.uscis.gov/us-citizenship/citizenship-through-naturalization/path-us-citizenship
Reside continuously within the United States from the date of application for naturalization up to the time of naturalization

Since it's probably longer than a 6 months process to get citizenship after the app is submitted, that mean you need to stay living in the US probably well past Sept 2019, and who knows how long it will actually take.

By this time you will most likely be in violation of the Canada PR residency obligation, so by waiting for US citizenship there's a good chance your Canada PR status will be revoked when you try to return to Canada. You should probably pick either US or Canadian, and not try to get both.
