[URGET] GIC Refunding help. Please...

Sir,
Last November I got my GIC. I applied for it with Offer letter of 'Okanagan College'.

Then I got Letter Of Acceptance from Northern Lights College [January intake]. I applied for Visa and got rejected. I re-applied for May intake and got rejected again.

Last day I mailed Northern Light college for refunding also.

While checking details about GIC refund I got stuck with two problems

[1] Offer letter for GIC account was of Okanagan college. Which college's letter should I use for refunding???

[2] For sending this, I must use the 'reply' option of the last message of secure mailbox. There is no messages in my GIC secure mailbox. [It automatically deletes in a month, mine was last November]

I am totally lost. Please do Help... I beg you...

1) just use visa refusal letter

2) cal them and ask. there no. is in the first email they send to your email id. (not secure email)
