this afternoon i called geman embassy and they assured me that i won't be needing any transit visa but i'm lil skeptical about uk immigration will they demand for transit visa ?

Im guessing you will probably just be transiting through heathrow or gatwick, you dont need a visa for this. I live in the UK

Hi,
I applied for study permit and my wife applied for OWP on June 15 , online from India. Now my wife got a passport request on July 14. I think and certainly hope that's for an approval of OWP.
But I don't have any request for my study permit yet.
I thought OWP is dependent on study permit. Is there someone who has faced this issue ? Anything I can do ?
My program will start in Sep'16.
