Hi everybody
My brother's wife's sister is the citizen of canada
right now she is living in pakistan and she and her husband got their citizenship in torronto ,,, i want to ask you that Do they can sponsor my brother and his wife.....which is the best province from where they can sponsor easily rule wise......they are ready to live anywhere in canada in order to sponsor his brother in law.

1. They can't sponsor Federally
2. If they resided in Saskatchewan for at least 1 year, and your brother had a skilled job offer in Sask, they could assist in sponsorship.
3. If they resided in Manitoba again they could be supported by the family in an application.
4. Otherwise they have to qualify as a skilled worker.
