Urgent ! VO said that i failed to give up my Off Campus WP after finishing Schoo

my eligibility says recommend passed not recommend pass. I don't know if their is any other way they will put it. it also says that I met education and work experience requirement and the VO mentioned that dates and hours worked meets cec requirement. he also said that supporting documents I provided appear sufficient to demonstrate experience in my NOC code and my job duties conforms with my noc code. he also said that my t4, noa and pay stubs confirmed salary earned during this period. I guess this is enough to prove that I passed. I don't know why the MR haven't come yet...

nope, my notes says "Canadian credential granted, transcript appear sufficient to demonstrate atleast 2 yrs full time studies in Canada" I cant figure out why they wanted u to return ur ocwp.

Students can apply for a post-graduation work permit—a one-time opportunity—during the 90- day transition period on completion of their academic program if they fulfil all of the requirements for the PGWPP. Since the validity period of an off-campus work permit is usually the same as the student's study period (the duration of the academic program plus 90 days), they do not have to surrender their off-campus work permit to apply. They can continue to work under the off-campus work permit provided that they hold both a valid study permit and a valid off-campus work permit. Employment during this transition period can be full-time.
 
But can anyone help me which day I should count the 90days from?

everything started counting from the day u received ur pgwp because ocwp never count, so if u counted ur eligibility under ocwp, then probably that's the problem. in my own case, my ocwp expired the same time I received pgwp so it didn't count but hey, u passed eligibility and it is not the issue here

ur case may not be as that tough as u have already passed eligibility. There is no need to submit ur ocwp as it now too late and expired also ur no longer in school. so I still maintain that u seek a legal advice instead of staying here and making assumption.
 
Thanks, but i tried to email my lawyer, he totally ignore me... i dont know who can i ask help from? i am so worried now...

If you have a lawyer already then you really need to speak to him - you are going round I circles with worry here on this forum. People have tried to help you and reassure you. Please calm down - be realistic on uour lawyer in terms of responding to you. mine replies in 24 hours but give yours up to 48 hours. then call, email, visit your lawyer - until he talks to you.
But if he's not worried then that should reassure you. You have a recommendation of pass - not review.
But ultimately you have your GCMS notes - nothing appears to raise a red flag and quite honestly, your own panicking is at risk of making others panic. And none of us need that.
 
I tried to call him today and emailed him again, but no response... He seems like he does not care at alllllll what can I do ?
