thanks。。。。 But I think my eligibility. Is still in pending.. As it just said recommoned pass... And my lawyeris just guessing..l he might not be right

did u met work and education requirement?. also is ur eligibility :"recommend pass or recommend passed"??? look at it very well. I guess recommend passed means that u passed and recommend pass is different

yep, my work and education meet all the requirement, but it says recommoned pass, not recommoned passed... So I don't know... Lawyer said should be ok, but who knows how vo thinks....

If your PGWP was refused in April 2011, you were to stop working immediately(even if your OCWP was still valid) and apply to restore your status. If you continued to work despite the refusal, you were working illegally and that period wouldn't count towards your CEC work experience. Also, they expected you to surrender the OCWP.

Your lawyer should have explained this to you, if not, I would question what you are paying for.

No, he did not tell me that at all.... I am so worried.... Helpless... I went o see another lawyer yesterday, she said it should not be a big issue....but they could not reject me based on that...

As it says recommended pass it's probably unlikely. But could CIC reject you having worked illegally? Yes. As per OP25: -

"Any periods of self-employment or unauthorized work will not be included in calculating the period of work experience [R87.1(3)(b)]. A person who has worked in Canada without authorization has failed to comply with A30(1), and on that basis could be found inadmissible under A41."

Yep, I knew that, I really did not do it on purpose, I thought I can do it until my ocwp got expired... But it was not that case...
I got my note in the mid-July, which means they generated the note in the mid-June, since that, I have not heard anything, hopefully they passed me by now...
Btw, what do u refer to recommended passed it is probably unlikely... ?

I am just saying hopefully, I really don't know... The updated date for my status is in April... They did not process for 3months after that.... I went to see another agency, she suggests me to wait for a bit, now it is slow... But she told me that most recommended passed case should be passed, but again in most case... So hard to say, i ordered the note again in the on 18th this month... Hopefully, I can see passed in my file... One more thing, in the pass week, one person who has the same vo as us got rejected...

is the person's eligibility status recommend passed?? I have seen someone with recommend passed who got his medical

so if ur case says "review required", it means another officer will review it and decide. mine didn't say anything as such . if I didn't get MR this new week, I will order for another gcms notes.

Mine says recommended passed..,, but with that sentence which make me scared... Therefore, I don't know what is their decision... That is why I am worried
