Urgent - Visa Office change request after PPR

New Delhi visa office sent PPR and asked my wife to submit passport either in India or to CPC-Ottawa if she lives in Canada. But she lives in USA!! I have no problems mailing the passport from USA to CPC-Ottawa but the letter specifically says do so only if you live in Canada. Does it mean I have to ask New Delhi visa office to change my visa office to either New York or Los Angeles so that I can send the passport within USA?

Similar situation, I am in US and PPR is for Delhi office. Could you please advise how was this handled ? Did you contact CIC or Delhi VO ?

Hey did they resolve your issue I am in a similar boat we applief for ppr when we were in saudi arabia we are in pakistan now but they sent us ppr to send us our passports to Riyadh office it has been 15 days since then
We have tried everything we could we have emailed London office 4 times we have called cic we have emailed islamabad canadian high commission but nothing we are really worried

who so ever has received PPR from Delhi office and they are currently in some other country, let me help you out. Do not worry, i was in same situation few months back when i received my PPR .,i was in UK and i mailed to below addresses.

how many days does it take for VO change.
I was asked by CPC Ottawa to send passports to London VO on Dec 06. I requested them same day to change it to NDVO.

I'm just wondering, once a VO change is requested from Ottawa to NDVO, does the new request come from Ottawa or from NDVO. I mean, should I be expecting it during Ottawa or NDVO working hours?

I sent a follow up to my email on the 18 of Jan again another automatic reply and until today still nothing from them.

Any idea what to do now?

You asked to change visa office on 18 th right ? Some one who asked to change visa office on the 11 got a reply last friday. So well they are working on it, i think. I am frustrated too. Hope we will resukts this week

I got PPR on Feb 13/2017 to submit to VFS India. However I am living in New Zealand for the past 6 and half years.

I sent a email and a CSE to New Delhi requesting them to change it so I can submit it locally.

Getting impatient even though it has only been 3 days!
