Urgent: submit wrong Medica proof for express entry

Dear seniors,

I have just submitted the application after ITA. However, in the medical proof, I uploaded the healthcase details instead of information sheet. Now I’m worried that they might return my application and I could not submit additional docs after I submitted.
Could you please let me know if the information sheet could be replaced by the heathcase results?
If no, how could I correct my mistake?
