I have applied in quebec under general but no time to open gic account
I have following assets
Property value 62lacs
Savings 32 lacs
Gold 8lacs
Loan 12lacs
Movable assets 2lacs
My own saving account having 6lacs

and i have prepared following docx
1. Translated property papers in english along with valuation report
2. My Mother ITR return for 2 years
3. Post office saving certificates with balance
4. Gold Report
5. affidavit from my mother side

Please provide me any other necessary information

I have initiated GIC process two days back only. As you have time(If your intake is January) you can start processing for GIC now.
Or else go to any recognised consultancy and find out an alternate way. There will surely be a way.
