Urgent Regarding work permit.Please help...

Hi ,

I am an international student . My study permit will expire on July 30.Currently my husband is in OWP, his visa will also expire on July. He is having job of level B since last 9 months.My course will complete on April.My question is
1. Is it possible to extend his work permit if he have a employment letter from his company?
2. Can I submit the application for his extension of work permit along with my post graduation work permit application?
3. Right now I don't have any job .So I would like to know whether it will become a problem for his work permit extension?

1. Only if the employer has also obtain an approved LMIA. Otherwise no.
2. Only if you have a full time job at that time that is NOC A, B or 0.
