I looked at the wrong row of processing time at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp and thought that post graduation work permit takes about 1 month to complete. Now I realize that that it is actually 96 days!

My study permit expires at the end of August. So does my husband's spousal work permit. He will need my approved PGWP, together with my first payslip on a skilled job, to apply an extension of his open work permit. Currently, I am already on a skilled job; but the PGWP application is still in progress...

Could anyone advise me what to do, if the PGWP is still not processed after our old permits expire? My husband is currently also working in a skilled job as well; if his old work permit expires he'll have to leave his current job... >:(
