Urgent regarding employment

I am a graduate student in Canada and currently working part time here. Should I mention employed or unemployed. I was getting scholarship till last year but now I am not getting it so I am working part time.

As long as you have a valid post grad work permit and are receiving payment for your work you need to put employed. You can mention part time as well.

I am PR and I am sponsoring my wife. I am graduate student and I will finish my degree soon. Currently I am working part time for a computer shop.
On the sponsorship evaluation, there is question: employed or uneployed.

Should I mention employed. If I am employed, then I have to provide letter from employer stating working hour, wages, duration etc. and it will be difficult to get letter from them as I am woking part time.

You ARE employed. Why would it be difficult to get a letter from them? Whether you are employed full time or part time should have no impact on your ability to get a letter. Or are you saying you have a difficult boss? I'm sorry, I don't get you!

No i m being paid legally. I just started working there before a month. And before that I was working somewhere else. I was getting scholarship, so I included that letter. I am worried because my boss is tough and it will take time also.

why would it take time?
a job letter can be done on a zip.
are you worried about telling your boss the real reason for the job letter?
tell your boss you wanna buy some thing and need a job letter. Or that you need it for something else.
the letter should start with 'to whom it may concern'

i am not versed with canadian laws, but once you work you gotta pay tax and the need to see that.

Yes. I filed taxes as well. it is just that my boss, less hours and one month old job

Ok, well you could always write a draft of the letter for him. That way you just need him to review it for accuracy, print it on company letterhead and sign it.

to be honest I did some crap on my account. and screwed myself over. if they assist me out of my mess i will be eternally grateful.
