Urgent Question about medical exam

i just checked my CIC account,

Review of medical results status changed to "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details." Before that, the status was "we are reviewing your medical result", and it keeps for at least two (2) month.

But, i did up-front medical exam and submitted it at very beginning, which was on Dec 1st, 2016.

Is there anyone know what happened?


I am also facing the EXACT SAME ISSUE. How can I solve it ? What did you do? pls help
