Urgent Query

Hi,
I am filling out the CEC form.There is a question asking the countries you've visited. I have highlighted my 1.5 month stay in US there. Now, another question is the addresses you've lived in since 18 year old.Do I need to show the US hotel address (even though I dont remember my room number) and was moving from one hotel to another in that short timeframe?

Any comments?

Provide the hotel address and add "exact room number unknown". For some of my addresses, I only knew the street name and city, so I wrote that with a comment "exact address unknown" and it wasn't an issue.
