Bro,

Better be alert, because if by any means they informed then it will be a problem for you.

Its better to take 1st term fees only from bank, i.e. around 2-3 Lks.. Your interest will be on only that amount, and your problem will also b solved..

bro i have to cancel this loan because i need it. that is why i am asking all this. Otherwise y will i take such a big risk?
m asking for the alternative?

Bro,

jst assume the case that you got ur loan cancel.. the bank officials by any means tell chc bout this..

CHC will call you most prob. and you are with a loan of another bank.. thats not reasonable in my thinking.. the impression that it will be making is " you got your loan cancel and got another loan letter by givibg some bribe"..

Try to analyze this POV..

Hey abhi
Bro. I am applying for visa under university category from INDIA. i am in dilemma now. dilemma is
My university don't require pre payment of tuition fees before visa(only commitment fees required). so for visa do i have to pay tuition fees before lodging my file? If i don't except commitment fees (1000$)will it affect negatively?

Hello,

Its not compulsory to pay fees beforehand.. But jst keep in mind that whatever be your financial document in most case it is Bank loan, it should be minimum 80% of the first year Tuition+Living+Travel expense.

That is, normally 1st year tuition fees + $8000-$10000.

You must have to submit the commitment fees in order to secure your place in that university, it must have been accompanied with any sort of deadline date. So, Submit that amount before that deadline to secure your place. It is recommended that it must submitted before you file your Visa file.

Hope this helps.

Buddy Just relax,

It will not affect your application unless and until you have adequate financial docs to submit, Means Bank loan of 80%(T+L+T).

I also did not pay my tuition beforehand, nor did my brother. He is in Canada from last 2 years.
