Urgent - need help

I have received my medical report today, in that report they have typed my name wrong and sent that same report to Canada Immigration. they have typed last letter wrong in my first name and last letter wrong in last name. Rest of all the information is right.

Do you think do I need to get another report or this report will be fine since all other information is right.

Yes, get it corrected. Did they provide you with the eMedical letter when you did the exam? Did you check the details on that letter?

It's already sent it to the immigration, doctor office said they can not able correct it at this time. And they said it should not be an issue. I did not get any letter, but in receipt the name is right. only it was wrong in final printed report. only option left for me to correct the name by doing another medical test again.

If the doctor cannot get it updated. Try and get a letter from the doctor explaining the same and write a Letter of Explanation (LOE) for CIC explaining the same and attach the doctor's not with your LOE.

Yes, I have provided eMedical letter, and the information in eMedical letter is correct. do you think this is enough?
