URGENT - Marital status of family members in BG info, advise pls

I just received a message from CIC requesting the following information:
You and your spouse to indicate the marital status’ of your family members in “Background Information"

Anybody got request like this? What should I do now? Should I fill up schedule A and then send or I can update background information in eAPR form that I submitted.

I remember I didn't get any space to enter marital status of me and my spouse family member during filling form.

Please advise me urgently. Btw, my background status is still not started, but I think they started my background checking.

 You and your spouse to indicate the marital status’ of your family members in “Background Information”
Please note:
The above information/documents must be received within 7 days

--I checked my submitted forms in eAPR, I saw I entered all me and my spouse's family members information correctly. There is no field for marital status for family members. Even they didn't provide any link to upload any documents like Additional Family Information (this form is for additional information for family members, I can put marital status in this form)

Must be ..go in your application....press view my application,then continue and after that you have to see where you have to upload your documents...

I was there several times today, again I entered that page, there is no link or button to upload any file. On that page I uploaded Schedule 4 and 4A before, but now nothing for upload, thats why I worried

I am not sure if this question of marital status does appears post ITA forms. Maybe this is additional information they are requesting.

Anyone with similar issues?

This is additional information they requested me. The problem is they didn't provide me any link or button to upload. I have only 6 days in hand.

Try using differnent browser or clearing your browser history. I know this is no way linked but worth giving it a shot. Try to logout and login after few hours. Dont panic because if they have requested for additional information surely they will provide a place to upload. Do take a snapshot of the page for future reference.

I have already took the screenshot of the page for future reference. One of my friend in Canada asked me to send by courier service to their office. Is it good decision?

If I am in your place, I would do multiple things.

Submit a CSE with the document attached.

Send out a mail with attachment to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca (since you are a PNP candidate)

Also, send the same across to your friend. I hope he'll be submitting the same. Not sure, if they accept physical copies of document in EE.

Try somehow to call their helpdesk on Monday.
